Writer Wednesday

I'm part of a group called Upbeat Authors. As the name implies, it's a group of supportive authors trying to share some positivity on social media. Every week there is a new theme.

This week it is: Simple ways to show the important people in your life that you love them.

There are many ways you can do this, but I thought one of the most important ways was to simply spend time with that person. And when you're there, really be there. Turn off the phone, get off the social media, and give that person your undivided attention.

And when they talk, truly listen. That is a gift beyond price.

Teaser Tuesday--Stefan's Salvation

The beast inside him rumbled to life. Every heartbeat in the room pounded in his ears. He could hear the whoosh of their blood pumping through their veins. The sensation was hypnotic. He licked his lips, almost tasting the tang in his mouth.

Movie Monday--Halloween Edition

Dracula Untold staring Luke Evans is one of my new favorite vampire movies. I love how they take the Dracula legend and weave something new.

Movie Monday--Halloween Edition

The Crow, staring Brandon Lee, is not only one of my favorite movies to watch around Halloween every year, it's one of my absolute favorite movies of all time.
