Manic Monday!

You all know what I did this weekend--updating the website and renovating the blog?

I can't believe how fast the weekend slipped away and here it is Monday again. I've got a lot of things that I plan to get done this week.

First, I need to finish the edits for Woven Dreams, the next book in the Tapestries series. I'm currently about halfway through them and hope to finish by tomorrow.

Since I sent off my latest WIP, the next Awakening Desires book, to my editor late last week, that means that it's time to start a new one! Right now, I'm planning on starting the next book in the Jamesville series, Shamus' story. If that changes I'll let you know.

I also need to go to the post office and mail a package sometime in the next few days. I beat back the dust bunnies this morning by vacuuming and dusting. That should hold the place for a few days.

What are your plans for this week?

As for the week, hmmm I need to clean and work and oh yeah I know.

There is this book I need to buy, it come out in print tomorrow. It's by this author I know, she's really very nice and I love her books, but I wish I could remember what it is.

Maybe you can help me NJ, It's about this police officer who is shot in the line of duty and is forced to come back home to recouperate.

When he get home he meet up with a young girl who he connects with and ultimately ends up having to protect. Her name is Shannon and this man, well he has a sister Dani and a brother Shamus.

Dang I wish I could remember what book this is, I mean I loved it when I read it in EBOOK. I just have to have it in print.

Any Ideas NJ?

LMAO

Oh yeah I remember now, it The Return of Patrick O'Rouke and it comes out Tomorrow in print.

Congrats NJ, on you new print release.

I'm heading off on holiday to Samoa at the end of this week, and I've just finished writing the first draft of a WIP so I'm having an easy week - catching up on housework etc.

I thought you might be excited about Jackson's book, Jenn. :-)

Hmmm...I think you're right about the title. I think it is The Return of Patrick O'Rourke coming out in print. Whohoo!

Thanks for the congrats, Jenn.

I have one son arriving home from college for spring break, so I am nesting, big time. Plus starting the countdown for my other son, who leaves for boot camp in 21 days. So I want to fill the week with favorite dinners, lots of home made cookies, hugs, and memory days. Plus, I am really trying to keep the tearing up thing to a minimum...oh, man, there I go again.

Wow, you are going to have a busy week, Cathy. Enjoy your time with your sons. And tears are allowed.

Hugs!

I've been beating back the dustbunnies, too. Must be the season for it! Now I can get back to writing. Hurrah for Shamus' story!

LOL I try and beat back the dust bunnies at least once a week, Charli. Keeps them from launching a revolution to take over the place.

Good luck with your writing this week!

Jackson AND Shamus! Oh, yes! Excellent :)

I'm just workin' and workin' some more this week. I think last week was a 60 hr week and this one is shaping up to be about 70 hours. Ick. But, my men are all leaving for 4 days on Friday, and I'm hoping to finally get a little reading done. Woohoo!

Congrats on Patrick's.... errrr... release *g*

Boy, you've been working a lot of hours lately. I hope you relax and enjoy your time "home alone". Hope you and your men are keeping well and happy!
