Quote of the Week!

"Writing is a socially acceptable form of schizophrenia."

~E.L. Doctorow

At least that's what we tell ourselves when the voices in our heads won't leave us alone. :-)

Have a great Wednesday!

WooT! ^_^ Now I have an excuse for the crazies.

There is a certain set of voices in my head, and they've staged a total take-over. Werewolves, here I come!

LOL That's what I thought too when I read the comment, AE.

Good luck with the werewolf takeover!

And what's sad is that if they ever stop talking, THAT'S when we think we're broken.

Love it, N.J. ---not just the quote, but your little saying too. I'm going to have to write this as my quotation for the day in my daily calendar journal.

In ancient Greece those voices were known as the muses. So you are not really schizophrenic, you're just more cultured than the rest of the world.:-)

I hear you, Charli. I think that's what every writer fears most.

Glad you like the quote, Julia. I had to share it when I found it.
