Here's a simple, fast, and absolutely delicious recipe for fudge that comes from a Carnation Cookbook we had when I was a kid. Enjoy!
RECIPE FOR FIVE-MINUTE FUDGE
Place 2/3 cup of Carnation Evaporated Milk and 1 2/3 cups of sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to boil. Boil for five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (semi-sweet dark are my favorite), 1 1/2 cups of white mini marshmallows, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring. Stir until smooth and then pour into greased 8x8-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. Eat and enjoy!

That sounds so easy. I am going to have to give it a try this weekend.
N.J. I can't have the sugar but I found a sugar free fudge recipe! It was so good! I found a recipe and my daughter who loves to cook made it and we all enjoyed it! Thanks for this one!
It's real easy, Jenn. And very fast.
It's too bad about the sugar, Cathy, but at least you found a sugar free recipe that's yummy!
Yum!
LOL That says it all, Lori.
Yum! Is this the kind that comes out fudgy, not sort of dry and crumbly? I seem to have lost my fudgy recipe, but this sounds identical.
Definitely fudgy, Charli.
Oh wow! I used to have this recipe... lost it and couldn't find it again! This is wonderful! Thanks so much for posting it!
Merry Christmas, NJ and Mr.
Merry Christmas to you and your family too, Anny.
This is an old recipe from Carnation, but I've never found a better one!
