This a great resource list NJ!! I've saved it to favorite posts so I can access those links for research! Ironically I first started buying erotica at EC as research for an exhibition I've been working on for the past few years.
Nice resource list, NJ! I use onelook.com all the time, it links to multiple dictionaries. I should make it my home page...
It's amazing what you can find online, Rhian. I've gotten some great links from other authors as well and just by poking around.
I'll check that one out, Charli. Thanks!
Thanks for the great list. I will be searching them.

You're welcome, Maribeth. Thanks for stopping by!
I LOVE the Write Attitude. Great inspiration stories
These are excellent resources. I love Wikipedia for all sorts of great reasons. EC is always good for "research" ideas. ;)
Wow... it's been some time since I've visited Writerspace. Maybe I should drop by again.
Great list!
I agree, they are great, Kate!
LOL EC is always good for research and inspiration, Christine!
I find that there is always something interesting to see at Writerspace. They have great contests every month and wonderful chats too.
Thanks, Laura.
Dang, I use a lot of these already. But I'm copying down the ones I haven't heard of before, for sure.
Good list, NJ, I hadn't thought of it but I use a lot of those too!
Nice list. I'm a wikipedia fan. Does that count as one website or many?
I love The Write Attitude! A few minutes there get me in the mood (to write) every time.
Excellent list. :)
I adore wikipedia! It rocks my world! You can find absolutely anything on it!
Lisa and Kate, I think a lot of us, as writers, use many of these resources. But I'm always coming across new ones that other author's recommend.
Wikipedia is a fun site, Gabriella. It's one and it's many. *g*
It is a great site, Ember.
Thanks, Ann.
You can find everything and the kitchen sink there, Lesley. :-)
I keep telling myself that I need to get a second computer with no intenet on it. I'd get way more writing done. Then I remember how much I use some of these sites while writing.
Great list!
Great list, NJ! I'm bookmarking several of the resources. Thanks for posting them.
I am totaly saving this!!!
[busily bookmarking]
Thanks, NJ!
I saved several of these links in my favorites. Thanks so much!
I use a lot of these, too. Another I love is Urban Dictionary. Living in rural Nebraska, I often need to look up some of today's urban vernacular, and Urban Dictionary's got it all. :D
A great list of resources, NJ. I use Wikipedia quite a bit but google is my friend :)
Elle, my computer actually isn't online. Only my hubby's is hooked up to the internet. I wouldn't get any writing done otherwise. :-)
Nic, Nancy, Carolan, and Joely, you're very welcome. I find a lot of links from other authors as well.
I'll have to check out the urban dictionary, Robin.
You're right about Google, Shelley!
great list. I think I shall bookmark this.
Mechele Armstrong aka Lany of Melany Logen
