Good morning and welcome to another week. I was watching the Toronto Santa Claus parade on television last night and I realized it was only 40 days until Christmas. Time is slipping away quickly.
Did a little bit of shopping on the weekend. Still don't know what I'm getting for hubby. Thankfully, the gifts don't really matter. As long as we're together, have a roof over our heads and food on the table, it's a wonderful Christmas. I never take any of the blessings in my life for granted. The presents, decorations and all the other stuff is just the icing on the cake.
Have a great week!

Well said, NJ.:-) And very true too. People are so busy bustling about getting the trappings that they forget what really matters. You have an excellent week as well.
The best present is their presence... blessings on your day.
When it comes down to it, the only thing that matters is being with the people we love. You have an excellent week too, Kathy!
So true, Anny.
I agree, NJ. Hubby and I don't even do presents any more. We tend to buy something that both of us want and enjoy it together.
